‍‍How much are the garages per day?
‍Day garages rent for $150 per day (Pro) and $100 per day (standard). Payment is due at the time of booking to hold your space.

‍How does this whole thing work?
‍Our rentals work just like booking a hotel. Follow the link above, where you’ll be prompted to enter the dates you want to reserve.

‍When do I get access and when do I need to be out?
‍Your rental gives you access from 6:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day reserved.

Example: You book for 10/21, which means you’ll get access on the 20th at 6:00 PM, you can park in the garage, and come back in the morning to hit the track. Then your rental will end that day (the 21st) at 6:00 PM.

Need extra time? Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

‍What if I accidentally book an extra day?
‍No problem — just give us a call and we’ll adjust your reservation. Easy.

‍What do the garages include?
‍Each garage offers power, lighting, shade, and a secure space to wrench right next to the 3-mile track.

Long term
Garage lease

1,260 sq. ft. each. Insulated, 18' roll-up doors, tenant improvements allowed. Located off turns 10–11 where you actually use them.
A garage lease gets you year-round access, flexibility on lease length, and rates locked at 3% annual increase.

Racer? You get 10% off track time. Running a side business, storing inventory, or need dedicated workspace? Same space, same reliability.
